Our Saviour’s Spreads Good Cheer at Fair Parade! Our Saviour’s brought God’s rays of light through the gloomy overcast skies on the morning of August 7 at the Stanwood-Camano Fair Parade. Our church team, led by Del and Ardis Larson and their 13-year-old granddaughter Karly Dashiell, Lauren Jespersen, Michael and Leslie Hughes, Carlee Van Lier, and Katie Altomare—a friend of Carlee’s, all helped tremendously to bring God’s love and grace to the heavily attended parade. People lining 271st Street in downtown Stanwood showed their approval with cheers as we handed out 120 OSLC-branded water bottles. The water bottles were loaded onto Del's pick-up truck and we received hollars and waves of recognition! We showcased our church—front and center, with the large, blue Our Saviour’s blue banner. Everyone had a wonderful time as we greeted and waved to friends, neighbors, and other church members sprinkled amidst the enthusiastic crowd. Thanks to all who participated and helped out at this major community event!
